Very pleased

My family stayed here for several days during July 2008 while visiting family. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was in very good condition and was tastefully decorated. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise since we had not known about it when we made the reservation. For a small town hotel, the Cottonwood Inn met or exceeded all of my expectations. I would stay there again. In fact, I have reservations for next week.

Very disappointed and felt over charged- Will not be back

We stayed here while visiting family for holidays. Hotel looked fine on outside, but not much on inside. We found the Owner/Management to be very unwelcoming and when asking for help or assistance they seemed bothered to help you. The room rates were high for a simple room. $70+, Pet Friendly means $20.00 per day, plus room rate. No amenities. Just a Cable. Had we known there was another motel in area we would not have stayed.
