Friendly staff, spotless rooms, great breakfast, cheap rates! Indoor pool and spa spotless! Elevators worked perfect. No noise at all. Up to date rooms. Close parking. I cant say enough good things about this establishment!

we always go back we love it have never had a problem ask for recliner they brought it right away we love the balcony yes it is a little crowded during car show but we seem to always get what we ask for they have always given us a discount for returning we have gone for around 5-6 years now will continue returning soon one very satisfied Chillicothe Ohio couple thanks James Manor

LOVE TO PRICE GOUGE,ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS A BIG EVENTS CAR SHOW ETC. DOES'N TCARE ABOUT CONSUMER LOYALTY. GOT A BAD EASTE IN MY MOUTH

I've tried several places before I tried James Manor. I've had bad problems at places with higher rates. I absolutely have not found a better, cleaner, or nicer place than this. II have booked other places for several nights and after one day I have left where I was staying and went to James Manor and was very happy and that will be my first choice this year when I go back. Great hotel for the price if you want them to over charge your credit card. We checked out a day early, asked at the front desk before we left if we would be charged they assured us we wouldn't . Get back home and they charged us for the extra night when i called and asked to speak to a manger she hung up on me! several times after that I requested that the owners call me through the tenessee dept of tourism they also never returned a call they shouldnt respresent themselves as a Christian establishment.

The bathroom was so small it was hard to get in & out of. There was no place to put anything. The plumbing was old and barely functioning---slow drain, stained sink, etc. The carpet was filthy! I had a new pair of slippers and the bottoms of them were black when I left!! The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The lighting was so dim we had to go buy a light bulb. The coffee was undrinkable. Unfriendly staff---An altogether bad experience! Would not recommend it.

This used to be a great place to stay. However, I understand that it has recently changed hands yet again, and you can sure tell. It's changed, but for the worse. In fairness, some of the employees were friendly, but there is an overall "drop dead" attitude for the most part. We will not be choosing this hotel in the future.

We just returned from a stay at this location and it was not my ideal hotel. The manager that checked us in was nice but that was it...On day 2 we called down and asked for a plunger and was told "you can come get it yourself" - click (yes they HUNG UP on us). Also, that night I was looking for a blanket for my wife and when I opened the dresser up there was a pair of underwear in there - GROSS!! Also, our final night we wanted to go to the pool. The lady at the front desk said that 2 towels would be enought for an adult and 2 children. While I have not had a chance to talk to the manager yet I do not see anything being done that would cause me to stay here again...

We had heard that they changed owners and remodeled. Looked like new carpeting other than that what?? We have stayed there for 4 years in a row and never had any complaints but this year the room they gave us on the third floor, last room facing the Hwy. The towels were a gray color and scratchy, the tub dirty rings around it, the walls in the bathroom were dirty looking and spots on it. The sheets and pillow cases on the bed were so wrinkled, I wondered if they were washed. We will never stay there again.

Very nice place! stayed there since it was built. No loyalty to repeat customers,ALWAYS PRICE GOUGE on car show weekends. EXAMPLE pay 49.99 Tues, Wed nights Pay 149.99 for Friday and Sat. nights. same room. NO LOYALTY
