James Manor, Pigeon Forge

We just returned from a stay at this location and it was not my ideal hotel. The manager that checked us in was nice but that was it...On day 2 we called down and asked for a plunger and was told "you can come get it yourself" - click (yes they HUNG UP on us). Also, that night I was looking for a blanket for my wife and when I opened the dresser up there was a pair of underwear in there - GROSS!! Also, our final night we wanted to go to the pool. The lady at the front desk said that 2 towels would be enought for an adult and 2 children. While I have not had a chance to talk to the manager yet I do not see anything being done that would cause me to stay here again...

We had heard that they changed owners and remodeled. Looked like new carpeting other than that what?? We have stayed there for 4 years in a row and never had any complaints but this year the room they gave us on the third floor, last room facing the Hwy. The towels were a gray color and scratchy, the tub dirty rings around it, the walls in the bathroom were dirty looking and spots on it. The sheets and pillow cases on the bed were so wrinkled, I wondered if they were washed. We will never stay there again.

Very nice place! stayed there since it was built. No loyalty to repeat customers,ALWAYS PRICE GOUGE on car show weekends. EXAMPLE pay 49.99 Tues, Wed nights Pay 149.99 for Friday and Sat. nights. same room. NO LOYALTY

I just love this place my husband and i have been going now for 4 years and get more excited every year we have always had the best time and it is just so relaxing to get here so I would give you guys a 10 star if it was possible I can' t think of a dislike .The rates are great also . My family has stayed at this hotel 3 different times, and we have plans to go back next month. It's a great hotel with very reasonable rates. Rooms are always clean and service is great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I felt safe and comfortable. The room was very clean! The kids loved the pools! Great Location! We will definitely stay again!

The rooms are big and comfortable, both pools are great, very clean, great location, friendly staff. Will stay here again definitely!!!! Breakfast was great, fridge and microwave in room. Also loved the balcony. Value was great.

My husband and I stayed here in May 2008. I was well satisfied with everything. The price, cleanliness, service, location, etc. Some people have written about the size of the pool, well it is small, but you're on vacation, time to relax and play. You're not practicing for the olympics. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was above expectations. Not all hotels offer biscuit and gravy. There is a lot of things to do within walking distance, including the comedy barn. The parking lot is big, you never have to worry about having a place to park. You can walk in the front door at any time, but to come in the back doors you have to use your room key. I like this and feel very secure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again. M. Swindle

james manor for me was a place i will never forget this is where my husband and i spent our honeymoon it was such a nice place we were very pleased with the service and our room was very clean i reccomend it to anyone who wants to have a great expirence

We loved the location of this motel. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. The front desk was very friendly. We have staying here yearly when we come to Pigeon Forge and we are always satisfied here! Our stay was nice. Thanks
