Sunshine Motel, Las Vegas

I travel A LOT professionally, and I have stayed in rooms costing 10x what they charge that have not been as clean, with beds as comfortable, and with as nice and welcoming a front desk clerk (who I think was actually the owner)! These people take pride in their business and it shows in EVERY aspect of your stay at the Sunshine Motel. I recommend this motel to all my friends who travel this way.

the reason why I recommend this place is because its very clean and very reasonable the service was great you will be surprised outside may not look so inviting but once you get in you will be happy

The Sunshine Motel is a mom and pop shop that is in Las Vegas' hotel row. When calling the different hotels and motels in the area, the Sunshine had one of the lowest prices and upon arrival, we were greeted by a sweet dog. The rooms are clean, the staff is no-nonsense so you can guarantee your non-smoking room truly hasn't been smoked in and that you won't be dealing with other patrons getting too noisy. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, this would definitely be the place to go! (As an aside, they also have DirecTV in their rooms!)

stayed at the Sunshine motel in las vegas new mexico myself and my husband bobby were very pleased with the rooms, actually we've stayed there several times and thats the ony place that I would stay. the price, the cleanliness, service.

Highly recommended! It may not look great from the outside, but for only $35 a night, you get a spotlessly clean room, kind and friendly management staff, and a central location.
