The room smelled bad. The carpet was dirty. The towels were filthy! There were no lights around the entrance of any of the rooms. It was pitch black trying to get into the rooms. The door didn't close properly and only had one lock. You had to lift up on the door and pull hard to get it to close/lock. We paid $72 for a room that was MAYBE worth $29. Do not stay here. Pay more for something else!!!

I found the Budget Inn because most of Cherokee had ridiculous hotel room prices. I was very pleased with their service, as I stayed for 4 days, the price was great in comparison to what others in the area were charging, and the rooms were very clean. Though it was a little further than some of the other hotels and motels from the Casino and National Park, I think it was a good choice. I will try to reserve a room there next time I'm in the area.
