Extremely Dissatisfied

We traveled over from Chattanooga for the half marathon. Reservations were made WEEKS in advance. I was with a group of four. Upon arrival, the room had ONE double bed. We asked the hotel employee at the front desk for another room and he completely blew us off and said there was nothing he could do. He told us he had no vacancies. It took us over 1/2 hour to get a refund by the time he argued with us and said he wouldn't accommodate unless he could fill the room. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK.
