West Parke Inn & Suites, Kinston

We had no problems what so ever. This is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is great for your stay. Don't know why some of these people make such negative comments. Maybe they need to stop and consider it may be them and not the hotel. A GREAT PLACE AND WOULD NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN KINSTON. (Believe me we have and this is much better!)

We loved our stay at this motel. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

They make it look great online, but just got back from staying there with a travel softball team, we stayed in 4 rooms. In one room the toilet would not flush and in another room the sink would not drain. Breakfast- haha- a few muffins with the additional protein of some small bugs in them was wonderful, and to wash it down- nothing due to the juice dispenser being broken. There was a waffle maker but no batter or mix, I guess you were supposed to bring your own. When we said something about it he came to plunge the sink, and tried to make excuses for the rest, and this was the owner. A very unhelpful staff in what I would call a dump, and would never stay here again.

As a lonely man traveling I was rather pleased with the attractive staff. They were very helpful and met all of my needs. From the housekeepers to the desk clerks everyone was hot. The manager was even kinda cute. If I wasn't so mezmorized by the front desk clerks I probably would have paid more attention to my room. Unlike the rest of the guest who found pot I was unfortunate to not find any. Theres nothing better than a good blunt with some double D's. Even though my attempts to invite them to my room were shot down I still dreamed about them all night on my comfy beds. Thank you west parke in for a good nights sleep with a happy endiing. The next morning i ate breakfast twice to sneak another look at the staff needless to say the breakfast wasnt the only thing in the lobby that was hot and delicious.

idiots like the person that brought their dog to the west park maybe why some of the rooms smell. it clearly states NO PETS! Can this person read or what? I have stayed at the motel many times. I found the rate great, staff friendly, and the rooms clean . The front desk clerk and the manager were very friendly, providing great service.

The staff were helpful and sincere. The manager misrepresents his establishment. .If you are a NC Gov. employee ON BUSINESS you are sales tax exempt The manager himself will tell you he will refund the states tax dollars. HE WILL NOT ! You then stay in a filthy, roach infested room. I don't mind the carpet and furnishings being worn, but don't expect to be able to sleep without roaches crawling on you! The Lobby air is so stinking you can't even drink a cup of coffee, if you would want to. I REGRET THE MISERABLE NIGHT I SPENT THERE... SO WILL YOU!

The motel is in a good location, but that is the only thing good about it. The manager himself misrepresented the price of the room . It was stated one price and charged another to my card. He promised to remove the extra charges... did not happen.There is a sign saying "NO REFUNDS", The room stunk and the A/C air was stale and moldy. The bathroom was dirty and the room had roaches.

The price is unbeatable, the staff is very kind, the rooms were spacious and unbelievably clean, the pool was amazing, and the continental breakfast was better than a homemade one. I loved this place and hope to come back.

We had our confirmations cancelled and our rooms given to someone else even though it wasn't check in time. If we couldn't check in how could someone else? Don't even slow down at this place. The manager and his staff are not worth the time.

I LOVED EACH TIME I WENT IM FROM NEW JERSEY AND I ENJOYED MY SELF EACH TIME I WENT AND IT WAS CLEAN AND I LOVED THE BREAKFAST..I DIDNT SEE NO BED BUGS OR I DIDNT SEE NO ROACHES..SO I DONT KNOW WHAT NONE THESE FOLKS ARE TALKIN ABOUT BUT I BEEN ON PLENTY OF OCCASIONS AND I ENJOYED MY SELF..AND THIS IS NOT FROM NO STAFF OR NO ONE THATS WORKS THERE..IM FROM 500 MILES AWAY
