The lady at the front desk on the weekend of August 6 & 7 was very unfriendly. We asked about restaurants that were open for lunch and we were told "some are and some aren't" The same answer was given when we asked about shops in the village.All her answers were very curt as if we were really bothering her. There were three in our party. We discovered when we arrived there were only three coffee mugs in our room. On Saturday morning we asked for an extra mug, well you would have thought we had asked for something out of the ordinary but she would try and get us one. When we checked Monday morning we still didn't have the mug we asked for. Our rooms were cleaned by ladies that were very friendly. The rooms were clean but the furnishings were very shabby for the price of the suite.
