This is one of the cleanest and nicest motels in Ada Oklahoma! The management was wonderful and everyone is so friendly! The beds were very comfortable! The price was very reasonable for the way the rooms were! The internet connection was very fast!
Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights. On the 2nd night we left to go get something to eat. My wife is 8 months preg. so her fingers swell alot. She had left her wedding rings there in the desk next to the bed. When we got back they were gone, they still have not found they or know anything that would have happened to them or why our door was open when we got back. We filed a police report and they still have not been found.
I considered not writing a review. I usually don't bother, but things were so bad at this place I felt like others needed to know. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the TV worked. The room was clean, and the managers were generally pleasant. On the other hand, there was not microwave as promised and the promised refrigerator did not work. There is not breakfast offered--free or otherwise, as some sites say. Requests to get a microwave and to get the refrigerator replaced appeared to be ignored by the management; they said they would take care of it the next morning, but didn't, offering only excuses and more promises for the next morning. Finally, with one day of our 3-day stay left, I told them to forget about it. The one time I went to the ice machine it was empty; I don't think it was working. They knew we had 3 in our party, but neglected to leave 3 towels and washcloths unless we called and reminded them every time. There as only one third of a roll of toilet paper in the place for the 3 for us to use in 3 days--no extra roll. There was not smoke detector in the room--only a hole in the ceiling with wires hanging out where it should have been. We stayed in the back part of the complex and there was a strong urine smell in the middle of the parking lot where people had found it inconvenient to go to the nearest toilet. The outside of the complex was generally dirty in front and back, and there were piles of equipment laying around. It was a quiet place to sleep on a comfortable bed, and it was economical. However, if you need any luxury, comfort or safety beyond that, I suggest you look elsewhere.
This place should be closed and demolished. The climate control unit was broken, bathroom door hinge broken, toilet paper holder dirty, security lock on door to room missing, no lts. around bed, torn drapery, light over vanity was a bare bulb. I chose it because it was cheap. We got in late and had to leave very early. Just needed a place to shower and sleep. Will never consider staying here again.
