Felt like one of the family

Very nice rooms, really well decorated and comfortable. The homemade muffins were great! I can't say enough good things about Ginger and Bobby's hospitality, they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even invited us to a family party and we enjoyed every minute of it. Just a wonderful place to stay, beautiful surroundings,and great folks to get to know. Jim and Mary-California

Exellent bed and breakfast

Bobby and Jinger are wonderfully accommidating. The living quarters were very clean, well decorated, homey, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed staying there! Dave Demay

Great place!

Jinger and Bobby are a delight. The room we had was perfect ... private, cozy, and warm. We felt right at home. The North 40 is close to Lake Burton, great shops within walking distance, and a couple of restaurants, too. It was the perfect romantic mountain getaway.
