Friendship Inn, Altus

My husband and me stayed here we asked for privatcy and they gave us a room with an adjecent door to another room which they clamied had no one in it but our do not disturb sign mysteriously kept getting stolen and place on that door. and when we got into our room the adjecent door was unlock so i went to the office to see about getting another room they said there rooms with out adjecent doors were being occupied by people staying there monthly what good hotel does that and when i told them about the door being unlock the lady simply said well just lock it . my husband and i decided to go for a swim and when we did there were people drinking every where and turns out they were people who worked there!!!! when my husband and i decided to take a shower there was no cold water and when we called the office about it they did nothing about it then the next day my husbend and i decided to go for another swim and a lady from the office had the nerve to tell my husband that he broke the rope on the pool the day before what a nerve!!!

Very unprofessional desk clerks answering telephones.The inn doen't have direct calling to rooms and when calling for a family member they were very rude and not willing to direct calls without complaining. One even went as far to say when requested a call be directed to a family's room during the afternoon hours "this is our busiest time of day can you call back" The call could have been transferred to the room for the time it took her to make that comment. Don't stop at this inn.
