Hot Springs Village Inn, Hot Springs Village

This was our third trip though Hot Springs Village. We have always loved staying here. The rooms were as clean and quiet as usual. Now it seems for some reason they have gone way up in their price and their breakfast has gotten much worse. I mean $90 for a single in the middle of nowhere that is open in January and stale donuts from Wal-mart. Come On! We will not be visiting again. No one even told us about the fitness room or the massage therapist. Probably because not available in they are not there in winter

The staff were very friendly and willing to assist in any way needed. The rooms are well maintained. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. It made it very convenient and kept me from eating fast food like I normally do when travelling. I was able to rest peacefully and felt very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing, plus I loved the fitness room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY.CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY. ONLY 10 MINUTES TO THE LAKE.THE KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL AND THE 5 STAR FITNESS CENTER.

I read the other reviews before we went and I expected a nice hotel. The lobby makes a good first impression. The room was awful. Hard beds , tacky decor. Everything was old- wallpaper peeling, light in bathroom was yellow and cracked. Dark hotel room even with all the lights on. The room was not cleaned well. The only good things were delicious donuts for breakfast and only a couple minutes from the quartz crystal minining.

This place has a forty eight hour cancellation policy. The weather is turning ugly and we're calling their 888 number and the 501 number. No one will answer either line. Once you've made a reservation you can't get out of it. May be a good place to stay, I will never know because of their terrible phone service.

Not only did it have a pool that the kids loved, but a hot tub for the adults to relax in while the kids were sleeping. The rooms were clean and supplied with a small fridge and microwave. The staff was so friendly that when we got there too early to check in they told me about a park down the street for the kids to play at and also offered the breakfast to us before we checked in. I would recomend this place to anyone on business on pleasure.

We stayed during a camping trip rainout. With a last minute phone-they were able accomodate us. Very clean.

We frequent Lake Oushita and this is our favorite place by far to stay. Not a thing out of place, quiet and well ran.

This hotel has a nice and quiet atmoshere. It's right in the middle of the town, so you can walk to most of the restaraunts.
