Yes I remember this place,Mrs.Sarah Mitchell is....or was at that time the gen.manager there.Very rude and disrespectful young lady as I recall. Had no class and spent her time in office with personal friends and family. They all had rooms at very special rates and was catered to by her.The public customers were merely a thorn in her side.She had no time for them after she took thier money! I know ...I was one of them too! I checked out and went elsewhere knowing I would never again use this franchise!N

A Horrible Stay & Mean Mgmt.

It is the most terrible customer service; once you spend your money there, you are at their liberties. If you should make a complaint with Choice Hotels, their management company, it goes right back to the general manager & she will simply call you and ask you to leave & inform you that she will not be renewing with you to stay instead of correcting the problem.
