Camp Mountain View, Wrightwood

I liked this place because of the ease of parking and service. The fireplace is a nice touch and they provide firewood for those who want to start a cozy little fire inside their rooms. Ask for their packages and buy their tickets, they're very helpful in teaching you the ropes for first timers to the Mountains. Will be coming back soon

Ask for the starter package and you basically pay 100 bucks per person but that includes lift tickets to Mt. High. I got the room with the jacuzzi unit and fireplace and it was a nice addition after snowplay when you get tired. This place is by far one of the best places to stay up here since its really in the woods and not near any noise from city people. The name says it all, mountain view with a really great view. Make sure you bring the sleds.
