Some rooms have been remodeled, but carpet in most is stained and worn. Rooms are not properly maintained between occupants. If you want enough towels, you have to use and wash your own. No towel racks. Maintenance requests often ignored. Internet access is very difficult through their low-quality phone lines - also a lot of static in phone lines. There are health issues also.
