One Hot Mess
By 96tears, 8/24/11
Don't even think of coming here unless you have your boat or wave runners with you (and then I would think twice) because you won't want to spend much time in your subpar room. You will quickly bore of the casino and the mostly "I could care less" attitude the casino workers exude. In fact most every employee we had to deal with was like that with the exception of the housekeeper for our room and a bell hop. 12 hours out and about on the river is the only real fun you'll find here because you will be away from them. Expect loud partying every night until the wee hours and don't be surprised if some drunk falls into your tied up boat in the middle of the night and leaves a "calling card" eww. Every night the emergency alarm went off at 3 am just to add character to this sorry place. Its a shame because I see that this place was maybe once a decent place but obviously the tribe is more interested in making bucks for themselves at the cost of zero customer service or services to their guests.

This place is great!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/13/10
I have stayed at Blue Water many times and this place is great. I love it here. The river is awesome and the indoor pool is great. All of the balconies face the river which is so nice, especially at night. Everytime I go to the river I stay here.

A CASINO THAT CHARGES FOR DRINKS?!
By justin russell, 1/6/10
I got charged $5.00 by this run down casino for a crown and coke. I mean I'm giving them hundreds of dollars at the tables, why the hell would they charge me to feel better about losing my money? Moreover it took the cocktail waitress 30 minutes to bring me my drink the whole night....

The indoor pool & slide is the biggest attraction
By S. Don, 5/18/09
I can't disagree with some of the bad stuff that people say about this place but for the price it's a decent bargain, especially for families with kids. The slips in the marina are good although it's a long ways till you make it out of the No-Wake zone. Seems like it takes forever! The rooms are nothing special except they all have balconies and a river view. The indoor water slide, although not exciting, is a great place to get out of the sun during the heat of the day. Out on the river in the morning and late afternoon & in the indoor pool & slide in the middle of the day. It's a great option when you're staying a week! We've already made reservations for June 09'

Had a great time
By TD, 3/7/09
Our family went and had a great time - there are different tiers of pools and all are heated except the water slide one and that one you are only on for just a few seconds before you go down. The rooms were standard but had a balcony with a view of the water. The buffet was $10.90 for me and 2 kids to have breakfast and they had cook to order omlets. We did not gamble but for a family - the cheap food and water areas were just what we were looking for!

Disgusting people, disgusting hotel
By Chris, 3/4/09
This is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. In fact i would call it a motel instead because it truly felt like one. The rooms were filthy, and smelt like smoke, the bed sheets looked like they hadnt been washed in months, and they make you get a different wristband everyday in order to use their boring pool and slide. The worst thing about this hotel was the staff. The staff was arrogant, power thirsty, and seemed completely uneducated on public relations. They were rude to me and my guests and it was like pulling teeth to get them to do their jobs. Not to mention one of the dealers working at their blackjack tables one night yelled and cursed at a young girl who didnt quite understand the rules at first. In my opinion this hotel has a lot of things to work out in order for me to EVER want to go back, in fact i never will ........ there are a plethora of more beautiful, friendly, and accessible hotels then this one ... dont waste your time.

SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE
By ben, 3/4/09
The price may be right, but the service is so bad. They run a nazi concentration camp there, with no respect for people's privacy. Their security guards were so rude.
