Holiday Terrace Motel Houston, Houston

The hotel was ok for an overnight stay. The restaurant was a little weird. As we were checking in, I noticed a server behind the chinese food bar with a flyswat...then he killed a fly near the food and wiped it off into the floor...needless to say we didn't eat there! The room had been a little remodeled, moving the bathroom sink to the outer area but the carpentry was not the best. The shower tub had the skid proof padding ripped up, so the bath looked a little nasty but is was clean. The bed was nice and comfortable, good tv. The pool was closed.

We have stayed at this motel numberous times over the past few years. My mother is in the nursing home next to the hospital and we walk there when we would go see her.
