There are also 25 spacious villas available, all with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and private decks. On site amenities include an outdoor pool, a full service marina offering boat rentals, a miniature golf course, a shuffle board court, two tennis courts, and a lounge that offers live entertainment on the weekends.

The nicest people!

Had a blast with my friends on the boat. The fireworks over the lake were great and we will be back next summer to do it again.

The Worst Resort Area In South Carolina!

They are in it for the money only, not the guests experience. Nickle & dime you to death. The employees range from Rude to Stoned to Complete uninterested in their jobs. I can not recommend this to any group of people and highly recommend to stay away from their poor excuse of facilities!

Very Nice People! Can't wait to get back there!

I liked the ammenities, golf, lake, views. Hickory Knobb State Park is just a few minutes away with a nice restarurant and buffett. So, getting a good meal is not a problem. The people at Savannah Lakes are wonderful. I stayed on two occassions, looking for property to build on when I retire. The realtor from Trupp Real Estate was top notch. I highly recommend this place if you like quiet places, ourtdoor living, swimming, golf, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, hunting and socializing with the residents. The tour package and hosts are a great value. If you are looking for relaxation and fun and an active lifestyle that is affordable, this is the place. I cannot wait to go back. The air conditioner was a little noisey but the staff addressed my request to check it.

If you have an event to plan, don't go here

They are a little disorganized. They claim to have 80 rooms and multiple condos available, until its time to book and then you can only get less than half. Normally not a problem, but since there is nothing within 20 miles, it makes it a little complicated for guests
