AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS MOTEL BEFORE, WHICH IS THE RASON WE CHOSE TO RETURN. THE FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS FAIR. THIS LAST EXPERIENCE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RATED A ")'. I WAS INSULTED, AND HUMILIATED BY TWO OF THE WORKERS, AND SUPPOSEDLY THE OWNER (A FEMALE). I WENT INTO THE OFFICE AT CHECK-OUT TO FOLLOW-UP ON A COMPLAINT THAT I REPORTED THE NIGHT WE CHECKED IN. THEIR WAS A THICK METAL PEICE PROTRUDING FROM THE SIDE OF THE BED. MY TWO CHILDREN AND I ALL BANGED OUR LEG AGAINST THIS METAL PEICE. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE A MIXTURE OF CLEANING FLUID/INSECTICIDE. THERE WAS WHITE DUST SPRINKLED AROUND THE EDGES OF THE ROOM (WHICH WE DETERMINED TO BE EITHER FOR RATS OR ROACHES). AND YES. WE DID SEE ROACHES. WE WERE CHARGED A TIOTAL OF $66.00 TO STAY IN THIS ROOM,. THEY OFFERED FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST THAT WE WERE NOT EVEN MADE AWRE OF. I FOUND THIS OUT WHEN I WENT OVER TO THE OFFICE TO CHECK OUT. WHEN I SAW THE BREAKFAST (WHICH WAS AT APPROXIMATLEY 9:30AM), I WAS ADVISED, YES THEY HAVE BREAKFAST, AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME THIS BECAUSE ALL MOTELS OFFER FREE BREAKFAST. THIS WAS JUST ONE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND THE HOTEL OWNER COULD CARE LESS IF I WAS HAPPY OR NOT. SHE WAS MORE THAN RUDE. ACTUALLY SHE WAS QUITE IGNORANT. I DID NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK. SHE IMPLIED I WAS JUST TRYING TO FIND THINGS WRONG SO I COULD BE REFUNDED THE MONEY.
