We stayed in the Eastland a number of years ago. We had to get up early to travel to DFW for an early plane flight. The innkeeper got up at 4 am to make us some breakfast and to give us a little snack to take with us.
The rooms were charming and very well-appointed. Places to stay in a tiny town like Eastland are pretty limited (and pretty bad), but this bed and breakfast would stack up with the best places in a big city, in my opinion. (PS, there was no pool when we stayed there!)
