I have stayed in motels and hotels all over the United States! I have stayed in all of the motels in Stephenville and......... THIS IS THE ONE TO STAY IN! CLEAN QUIET SECURE HELPFUL FRIENDLY Good company and wonderful Continental Breakfast Park at the door for a nice clean room!

I had reservations here. After walking through the front door of the lobby and being bombarded with dogs and cats, I immediately was uncomfortable. Looking around, there was thick animal hair everywhere in addition to pet smell. All of this even with a no pets sign out front. I signed in and was charged $10 more per night than what I was quoted when I made the reservation two weeks prior. I of course asked about it and the man said, we raised our rates and would not give the rate I was quoted. Once in the room, it smelled and was nasty dirty. "Stuff" dripping from the walls, dirty carpet etc. A horrible place from start to finish.
