this is one of the dirtiest place in this area.... when we checkin the indian lady talk very ruthle.. because we ask for aaa discount... after we left to meet my family... we be back 6:30 pm . when we enter in the room we see 2 big dead cockroach in the bathroom . and bath tub very dirty like never been clean there is 1 towels in the room. cammod full with pooooo . not clean .. bed like never been replaced like 20-25 years old . bed sheet have 6 big spot like 6 inches each.. room smell like pooo . carpet tooooo much dirty and spot all over .. because of they accept pet .. there is 4 big dog in hollway when we checkin in the room .. when we tell about this stuff indian lady who work on the desk ( owner) she reject to give refund .. she angry on us . this is call hospitality ??????

I attended a funeral of a family member & chose this motel as the reviews were the best out of the only (3) establishments in the area, & 1 motel sd no vacancies. Options were slim. I checked in at 11: 45 bc I was due to be at the funeral at noon; however the upstairs room I previously requested was not available/cleaned yet. The desk clerk sd a bottom floor room was available so I accepted that one. I explained that I thought when making arrangements that there was an elevator, but since there wasn't I would not be able to climb stairs d/t my rheumatoid condition (b/c she insisted that I originally asked for top floor). I came once to change my clothes at 2 pm, & only entered for the 1 min it took to change. The motel was a dump, but I was only there for 1 night & there was no other place to go. I returned at ~ 6 or 7 pm & was hurting so badly I went straight to bed. I noticed there were stray hairs on the sheets… I went into the bathroom & couldn't believe the filth. 1 fly on the ceiling, waterbugs, & several tiny roaches that looked like they just hatched- scattering when I turned the lights on. I took pictures of everything, from the TV that picked up "snow" to the numerous creatures in the bathroom as well as the chain lock on the door which produces a massive hole on the bathroom door. I grabbed my belongings, handed the key to the desk clerk, & explained that I was not feeling well & although I shouldn't be driving in my condition, I couldn't stay d/t the roaches. She sd, "I understand, we've been trying to get that taken care of." I then asked that the $50 be refunded to the credit card as it was not acceptable. An Indian lady came in and sd, "no!" while speaking on the phone to whom I presume to be either her husband or supervisor. She was demeaning & hateful as she relayed to the person that "1st she demands upstairs room & checked in the am" (I checked in @ 11:45) & b/c "she SAYS she has a hip problem so we given her bottom room." (Mockingly, as if I'm lying about this -I do have a handicapped license plate & was having difficulty walking)… she then says “she wants her money back!" The Indian lady was so hateful, insinuating I was scamming her "you finish with your funeral, use my room & now want $ back!!" I couldn't believe it- preposterous, explaining that it's a matter of principle & that I took medication, was in excruciating pain,& driving back to Atlanta when I cannot even sit...late at night is an unforetold event! She sd, "big deal, I drive to Atlanta all the time." Evidently this lady didn't realize the pain, exhaustion the return trip would have on me. She sent the desk clerk back to the room, & then stated, "She sd there are no bugs!" Of course, she would have been fired if indicating otherwise! I showed her the photos, (time stamped w/ surroundings evident on being in that particular motel). The lady barked... "YOU PLANTED THE ROACHES...THEY CAME FROM YOUR HOME!" Not that I needed to but I told her I live in a very nice place & 2 individuals who work in the legal field who are educated, one of which is an attorney is simply NOT going to "plant roaches" for $50 in some small town far away from civilization. She kicked me out! "GET OUT OF MY MOTEL!" I was beside myself…slumlord who claims on all their signage, "American Owned and Operated" ... If this is true, I'm embarrassed as an American. Perhaps in India this place would be representative of a nice motel, but in the US, there are health standards. She was disrespectful "I don't care if you ARE a customer- you don’t mean anything; I don't have to treat you with RESPECT" as she spit these vitriolic words to me. Disrespectful: 1) family death 2) disabled person/condition 3) insinuating I was a scam artist (over $50) i.e.: planting roaches AMERICAN OWNED & OPERATED-! If she’s not the owner, the American should be appalled!

This motel will overcharge you for the room. I brought a dog and the lady stated it was $10 a day for a pet and when i checked out the bill said $3 a day. Theres roaches and waterbugs in the rooms, 1 out of 6 drink machines work. The handrails for the stairs are about to fall off the wall. This was an excellent motel 1 year ago, but it went down hill when american people quit running it.
