Loved It!!!

I Liked everything about it, from the food to the company to the comfort of the whole house. Very relaxing and quiet, the Library suite is beautiful.

Romantic B & B
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/23/07
This is one of the most romantic b&b's we've ever stayed at. The grounds are well taken care of with beautiful gardens. The exterior of the home also has many relaxing places to sit including the upstairs and downstairs wraparound porches. The interior of the home is furnished with stunning antiques. Our favorite parts of the stay was the private door from our room to the upstairs balcony. The upstairs balcony was especially nice at night time. We also enjoyed the whirpool tub. Something different about the Queen Anne than other b&b's is that the staff makes themselves scarce and you feel as though you have the house to yourself. This was a plus for our romantic weekend. Breakfast is truly Southern gourmet and is served in the downstairs formal dining room. At breakfast we learned of some new places to check out while talking to both the guests and the staff. Another nice thing about breakfast, is that during this time, the staff cleans your room (makes bed, clean towels, etc). The Queen Anne is definitely the place for a romantic stay!

classy classic
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/12/05
we've stayed in a lot of b&b's. rarely have we been so satisfied. the queen anne is well restored with modern amenities. it's a beautiful home, with mostly new, but authentic looking furnishings, wall coverings, window treatments. everything worked well and the home is ultimately comfortable. owners todd and john know the business and how to satisfy guests. the breakfast? - creative, sumptuous and friendly; we've never had better. the hosts sense just how much chat and/or privacy you want and are very accomodating. we found their recommendations on sights and dining to be right on. excellent food from the cozy Mariner to a grill we joked about being a "biker bar"! we have no hesitation in recommending this place!
