Express Inn & Suites, Groesbeck

I have NEVER had a filthier room or nastier service. The sheets had dried "STUFF" on them - could not use either bed - asked the front desk to change sheets - she said she could not come out of office and no housekeeping services at night. She offered money back and I accepted BUT when she credited me the money on my credit card she asked for the room key back!! I then proceeded to ask for another room - I was traveling with 3 small kids and not another room for MILES and she declined - she said she would not give me another room. We had several rooms reserved for a horse show and others had the same trouble - nasty things on toilet seats and one bed not able to be utilized from dirty sheets as well. VERY NASTY motel. Because she declined to give me another room we had to share a room with friends - we have to travel back in 2 weeks and we are ALL staying elsewhere - 50 miles out due to the horrible service and dirty rooms.
