Here in the deep south, on the outskirts of Leesville, surrounded by the Kisatchie National Forest and the Anacocoprairie Game and Fish Preserve, near the main entrance of Fort Polk Military Base lies the Country Inn a great out-of-the-way spot to spend some time in the way it used to be. Guests can relax with nature all around, lazing by the large outdoor pool. The inn is the newest in the Leesville area and each cozy room offers free in room movies with all the local phone calls free of charge. For comfort and service in the southern tradition, it*s the country inn motel.

This place needs a make over and a exterminator
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/09
This place was horrible. The room I was in had mice eatting holes in my food, The shower nozzle was coming away from the wall and made a loud noise while running. The carpets was filthy and the fridge leaked from a previous room renter so we had towels left there under the fridge for a few days. The last night of the stay the ac went out....

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/26/09
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! WE CAME HERE AS GOVT. CONTRACTORS, THERE WAS BUGS IN OUR BEDS, THE WATER FROM THE SHOWERS CAME OUT A RUST COLOR, OTHER CO-WORKERS REPORTED A GECKO AND A ROACH IN THEIR ROOMS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND A HOUSEKEEPER GAVE ME ATTITUDE. ITS PROBABLY A HOOKER MOTEL. THE PLACE HASN'T BEEN UPGRADED SINCE IT WAS BUILT IN 1985. THERE'S CRACKS ON WALLS & CEILINGS, EVERYTHING IS DIRTY, FILTHY, JUST PLAIN UNSANITARY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a nice place and can't wait to go back
By Mrs. Broussard, 11/07/08
The rooms were decent. Needs a little upgrading but overall its worth the price. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very welcoming which is not that common. Keep up the good work and we look forward to coming back!
