Tremendous views from all condos. Choose a first floor condo near the end. One end is 100 and the other 126. So you want to be near 100 or 126 as they are closest to the ocean and off the best view. If you have to rent a 2nd or 3rd floor condo then you are tied to the elevator. As the other review said you are a 5 minute walk to 5 restuarants and the liquor store and a 30 minute beach walk in low tide to the pier where there are probably about 15 more restaurants. By far the Grand is the best condo complex on the island so have a great time.

Wouldn't miss it!

With a remarkable ocean view, spacious luxury, and a variety of delightful restaurants nearby, this is definitely a top choice for the island! The only noise you hear is the continuous movement of the waves against the sands; quiet, peaceful, and restful at night, with a nearly-private beach during the daytime. Off season rates are a bargain; high season is average for the rates paid. Select a PLATINUM-rated condo (3 or 4 bedrooms) for the best value.
