Eastern Shore Motel, Daphne

Had a great stay price with coupon $43.15 room was very clean the place has great staff had a problem with my car one of the ladies gave me a jump off & told me where the nearest Wal Mart was so I could my battier check this is not the Hilton but for the price I paid the room clean had good nights sleep I will stay again Many thanks to young lady that help me the Old guy from Texas

.If you are a light sleeper, this probably isn't the place for you as we could hear the neighbors tv and shower very clearly. If you aren't, or if you have earplugs, it's a great room for the money. You should be able to find a coupon in a roomsaver or other coupon booklet that will save you around $10. We watched the maid cleaning another room before we left and she was wiping inside dresser drawers, etc and being very thorough. There were some "shady" looking people on the opposite end of the building but we didn't have any problems.

i read all these people complaining before i stayed there,some one had stolen my purse and it was me and my kids and all i had on me was 42 bucks.the young man at the window was so nice and helpful,he directed me to where i could find a coupon for my stay.$ 37.75. iv never paid so little for a hotel stay before.if your comparing their rooms to the hilton then you re going to be dissappointed, but for 38 bucks u get 2 clean beds a tv that works, cable and free wifi,clean bathroom and the beds were alot more comfy then my last few stays at other motels.were the carpet brand new with new furniture? no! but i was warm and comfy.and as for as service gos that young man on the night shift even payed for me and my children to eat breakfast at the waffel house since my purse was stolen.i did have a small noise problem but i told the fd and a few minutes later i herd the young man at the nxt room telling them thay had to quiet down or they d be asked to leave.after that we slept like babies.if youre lookin for an enexspensive motel i highly recomend eatern shore motel and their wonderful staff.

I usually stay here during the fairhope art's & crafts festival in march. Been staying here for a few years now. They are remodeling and the rooms have gotten more comfortable, the beds especially are comfy. Been getting a good nights sleep for the entire stay. Bathroom was really clean water pressure good and for once the shower head was at a decent height. Hate the low shower heads where you have to bend down to wash your hair. The room was cleaned and beds made everyday with fresh towels and new bars of soap. They don't offer a breakfast but for the price $52 a night you can't beat it. I will continue to stay here when I come to fairhope

The price $43.15 rooms are small but clean it is an older motel lots of eating places in the area Bass Pro store just up the street,a Mall one exit away I enjoyed my stay I will stay there when I return to the area

Based on the original positive reviews I read, I decided to give it a try and the price was cheap ($54) but so was the room. While the outside premises were well kept, the room was shabby. The chairs were well worn and had split fabric showing the insides. The carpet was worn and curled with burn holes, I walked barefoot once and it felt dirty and sticky. The room was surface clean but badly in need of renovation. The room smelled musty and like dirty sneakers. The TV remote did not work. There was no ashtray. When I called the front desk, I was told they didn't have any more and the manager wouldn't order any more. We had to use a plastic cup. The water pressure in the shower was tortuous with no way to adjust it and the sink drained ever so slowly. I wouldn't stay there again.

This is by far the cheapest place in Daphne. However, it is also the worst! Carpet is so filthy, your socks will be black from walking on it. Beds are in desparate need of repair. My bed broke in the middle of the night and I ended up sleeping on the floor. It was actually more comfortable than the mattress at this place. Very loud at night from outside traffic and people playing rap music in parking lot. Cleaning people roll carts up and down outside walkway at 8 AM asking if you need housekeeping. Will never return.

I was expecting a hole in the wall room for the price but was well pleased with the size of the room and the amenities that the room came (25 inch television,15+ Cable channels, refrigerator and microwave. Given the price I feel I could not have gotten more for my money. I will definitley return.

the carpet was not clean and i wanted to keep my shoes on at all times. we were exhausted and fell asleep early only to be awakened at midnight by the person in the next room showering. the noise was so loud that i thought he was in our room. he then proceeded to play his TV all night long and his TV with the volume up high and our heads shared the same wall. about 4am, someone started a diesel engine and it ran until we packed up and left in the am. we got no sleep at all and were too tired to drive all the way home the next day. we thought that the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

We went to gulf shores and the place we usally stay at was no longer there and as we was driving around Looking for some wehre to stay I saw the East shores hotel and told my husband we could check it out, it is a great place to stay, it is next door to the waffle house and McDonalds and there is a burger king and Krystals across the street and a hooters close to 2 great gas stations as well.. The room was very nice and clean.. You get free coffee there also.. The only thing I did not like was there was no swimming pool that I know of there or no C Breakfast.. The price was very cheap, there was My self, My husband and our 7 year Old son and my mother, it would have only been $54.00 for me and my son and husband but with my mom as an extra Guest it was only 6 more bucks which is not bad at all, so for one night it was only $60.00, Not a bad deal at all for a clean room , Good cold AC, close food Joints near by and who can beat free coffee LOL...
