Smart Rooms Inn, Kinder

Hello mt name is Trista. I have been the housekeeper for Smart Rooms for 5 months now. I was recently moved to manager. I want to let everyone know the stay with us is now very different.. The rooms have been detailed and are very clean now! Im sure it is very different now! Please come check us out and help our ratings go up to where they should be! If I had an experience like that I would never try to stay again!

Flithy, looks like it has never been cleaned, dead bugs, dead and LIVE FROG in room. Sheets looked like they had not been changed when we tried to report this door to office was locked. Someone had left a nightgown or something behind the dresser and it looked like something had built a nest in it! Toilet filthy, beds broke down, worst experience we ever had in motel room. For $75.00 we got screwed! Will definately report this to the health department! l'm sure there is all kinds of excuses for bad rooms, but there is no excuse for such filth. Marlene Gouldsmith

First and foremost we apologize to anyone who did not enjoy their stay prior to October of 2008.Since then there are new owners and management, the rooms do need minor modifications, but they are certainly clean. Management is on the property 24/7. Finally, I would also like to state that ,for the location and having the cheapest rates in town, the service and room accomodations are outstanding.

This room was very disappointing. The bathroom floor was dirty, the vent in the bathroom had no cover and was nasty. The TV did not work at all and the furniture looked like it came from the goodwill. For 71.59 I think I got ripped off and will never stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay with Smartrooms Inn! The people were very friendly. There was new carpet in all of the rooms, serta deluxe matresses, also cable television. After going to the casino the night of my stay at Smartrooms Inn about 3:oo am I was hungry so I orderd a pizza,"That was the best pizza I have ever eaten!" I was pleased by the servive the owner and his daughters and also his employees had given to me the time I was there!

I know there are alot of aweful reviews written about this place but really its very nice. they are very good to their customers. If you live where hurricans attack you would understand the situation this family was in. they are still fighting the insurance company. they have sold they family home they have owned for 12 years in order to have the money to put a new roof in their hotel. If you came to smartrooms inn now you will have a very pleasant visit i just want all the people looking at this site to know that sometimes you have to do what you have to do in order to survive. i would DEFINETLY recommend this place

The person who wrote that it was terrible was right. we are fighting the insurance company from hurrican rita. but since their stay we have spent money on fixing it. we have all new carpet and furniture. yet we are still fighting the insurance company. the real reason they wrote such nasty things is b/c they lost all their money at the casino and after staying in the room tried to get their money back and we would not do so. our hotel is clean and also has the best pizza in the world to offer. so when you are in kinder come give us a visit!!!!
