Continental Condominiums, Panama City Beach

Was moved rooms by them three times before we got to the hotel. Found roaches in the bed of the first room and roaches crawling on the floor of the second room we looked at. The manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone and they offered me 10 bucks off a night cause of the bug problem. We moved a mile down the road and got a much nicer hotel and it was alot cheaper.

Such a bad experience. Staff seemed to not care that the whole property was a mess! The walkways were so dirty and sticky at spots. Elevators were disgusting and in the 5 days we stayed they were never cleaned. What a dump! Don't waste your time. There are many newer places to try and next time we will. Didn't see any security around either! But nothing happened to my car so I guess I should n't complain.

Good value,clean rooms and great view.The rooms could use some updating,please remove the mirrored wall. Make sure you look at your room first,the first room we looked at had been smoked in.Remember,these are individually owned so don't judge them based on one room,just ask to see another one.We will be back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Mother's Day weekend and had a blast.The girls in the office were very nice and helpful.They let us look at which condo we preferred. Very clean and tidy.We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a great balcony view of the ocean.Very convenant to the shops and across the street from Gulf World and The Pancakes,Steaks,and Shakes Resturant,which was pretty good actually.Almost forgot they also have a pool.We're planning on returning to the same place with the kids when school lets out.

My husband and I have stayed here 2 times this year. No it was not the Hilton. But fir the price we were very pleased with this place. it has a kitchen and we stayed on the 1st floor both time and you could walk right out to the beach. The front desk was always helpful. and anything we needed they gave to us even down to tooth paste and goody powders. lol We will stay here again. We have stayed in the big fine condos here too and we had to pay double what this cost and had to put up a big deposit plus cleaning fees. just see for yourself :)

Best stay ever. We stayed for spring break and it was great.. Staff was courteous and rooms were clean. Nice family condo. We plan on returning for the fourth of july and the beach view was great! Family from Georgia

The parking lot is littered with trash, trash and mop buckets were piled up in the garage area by the elevators, small hairs on the beds top comforter, rooms have nasty unclean tile grout, dated rooms with mirrors on ALL walls with plastic shower board, greasy prints on mirrors and windows, gross mop in closet. I advised the clerk this facility was disgusting, she was actually shocked and had to ask me again to repeat myself. The mirrors on every wall makes me think i'm in the movie Sliver, being watched.

I have stayed at Continental Condominiums for about 12 years now - Now that I am 30 and have a family of four this is by far the best place for your money - the rooms are very reasonbly priced as you can stay for 7 nights for 1045.00 (tax included) and that is for a 1 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6 - for those of you that say the rooms are dirty - you must remember that these units ARE individually owned and each are very different - the staff there will be happy to clean or replace any linens that you feel are not up to par with your standards. The staff is awesome, the view is perfect, and it is located so very close to everything you need within walking distance - and also its not right in the middle of all of the "noise" for lack of a better word. It's not so far down the beach in the "quiet" section that you have to drive miles to get to civilization either - it's set in the perfect spot on Front Beach Road. We leave in 40 days - YIPPEE!! - for our 8 day vacation and we can hardly wait! - the pool area is perfect and very spacious so that you are not fighting anyone for a chair in the mornings and they don't freak out if you put a float in the pool LOL - It is directly acroos the street from Gulf World and the All American Diner where they serve the best breakfast! So what if the elevators and halls are nasty with sand - what do you expect from people walking back from the beach ALL day? :) just stay there and you will never want to go anywhere else!!

This complex is older but has clean, inexpensive rooms with a responsive staff. You can walk to the new outside mall, Pier Park which has super restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Great for the adults and kids!

I booked this condo online...based on the price and the reviews on yahoo. I guess you get what you pay for. This was the absolute Dirtiest place I have ever stayed...from the elevators to the halls..it was disgusting. We found hairs in our bed...the carpet was filthy as was the funiture. We asked for our money back and the clerk did not act surprised..It was no hassel to cancel...Great location...Great Price...Dirty..dirty..Dirty...Do not saty here!!!! I
