Palm Coast Villas, Palm Coast

Palm Coast Villas has character and uniqueness that cookie cutter chain hotels don't have. If you want an indoor pool, fancy weight room and hot breakfast, don't go here but if you're looking for something different, this is it. The trail in the back of the property leads to the intercoastal waterway and there's public beach access that's a 10 minute walk. This is "old Florida", before it was spoiled by high rises, amusement parks and interstates. We paid $68.00, with tax, which I consider a bargain. My wife's pretty picky when it comes to hotels but she enjoyed our short time here as did our children.

When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. The young lady at the desk was very nice. Our room looked good, but when we woke the next morning, things got bad. The manager called us and stated that he needed to move us to another room. The next room we got was...dirty. We went to the office to complain, and walked in to the manager yelling at one of his employees. Needless to say, we wont be going back, and will not recommend the place to anyone.
