Frio Fun, Concan

We loved our 2011 vacation hope to be back next year everything was great loved the home. friendly staff. home was clean have stayed at other resorts and it was aweful... See you next year pray for rain.

I am from Uvalde and have been on the frio river and in concan my wole life. we have been going to the cabin we stayed at this weekend for 13 years. And since Frio Fun has taken over it has been horrible. It use to be manged by a man by him self since he remarried the new wife has taken over it is horrible

Our family has been coming to Concan for almost 15 years for our vacation and we had stayed at many cabins over those years and were not really satisfied withy either the homes or the property management company that managed them. Two years ago we switched to FRIO FUN. My god what a difference! Not only are the homes they manage the VERY BEST, they have the very best locations around Concan. But the thing our family likes best is how NICE the Frio Fun people are. They are professional, accommodating, FUN; will come over if there is slightest thing wrong with the property, (there never has been), and they are focused on ensuring that a family has a GREAT vacation experience! Further, they has made it even more fun by have a Trolley that takes families all around River Rd. to all the river access places. In short, they are the BEST...thank you Frio Fun and we love your crazy chickens too!!

Frio Fun definitely stands out compared to all other resort when it comes to quality, service, and comfort! I highly recommend staying there for any occasion!
