Three Rivers Motel, Homosassa

The customer service in this hotel was horriable. After paying and entering into the room we decided that we could not stay at this hotel do to the heavy smoke that was in the room. They do not offer a non smoking room and refused to refund our money. As we were walking away the manager at the establisment started cussing me and my husband calling us everything in the book and telling us that we were being evicted and all this just for trying to reason with the manager and letting him know that due to asthma we could not stay their i will never be back and strongly advise that anyone stay far away from this hotel. Not only this but also they have no respect my children seen all his jestures and heard everything he had to say, try explaning that to your children.
