Ventura Resort is located approximately 17 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks and 10 miles from Orlando International Airport. Ventura Resort Rentals offers villas and private homes as an alternative to hotel rooms. The main property is six miles from Mead Garden, 11 miles from Malibu Grand Prix and Universal Orlando, and 16 miles from Sea World. The property's amenities include the championship golf course, pro shop, several pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, restaurant and bar, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, sandy beach area, children's playground, bicycle and jogging trails and lakes for boating or fishing. All units feature full kitchens, washers and dryers, and cable TV.For all stays a cleaning fee must be paid directly to the hotel. For a 3 bedroom the fee is $80 plus tax, for a 4 bedroom the fee is $85 plus tax.Guests may check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. At the time of check in two forms of ID are required as well as a credit card for deposit. Check in after 10:00 PM is available by request at a rate of $20 per hour.Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. You must return all keys, club cards, pool passes, etc to Ventura Resort Rentals. If checking out during non business hours, please utilize the drop slot located at the bottom of the Ventura Resort Rentals office front door.
