What an incredible staff!!

The Ventura Resort Rentals Staff is the GREATEST!! They are the most professional and courteous people I have ever come in contact with in a Vacation Home rental agency. The Manager is very nice and she came to the office on Thanksgiving night just to call us to make sure that we had received the gate code for our townhouse which was sooo beautiful. We would rent this company everytime we come to Disney!!

WONDERFUL vacatioN!!!!!

I had such a great experience with this company!! They have such a helful staff who have the best customer service! The rental rate was the best in town and the service was even better! I stayed in a beautiful brand new resort Heritage Key Villas.....WOW!!!! I would recommend this company to any and everyone traveling to Disney...will be back!! :o)

I had an amazing experience with this company. They were so helpful and kind.... I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!! What a memorable experience for my family!

Dont Bother Renting from these folks

The Ventura Resort Community is a wonderful place to live or visit. The company "Ventura Resort Rentals" which handles the properties is without a doubt the worst company I have EVER dealt with. The place was not clean. They would not send anybody over to fix anything without repeated calls. It was a total disaster. Questioning the local residents, this seems to be common knowledge. There are many other people to talk to about renting either long term or short term. I would call the Ventura Administration office.
