It advertises free wireless internet, but...
When I made my reservation over the phone, i got a positive impression of the establishment. But now that I'm here, I'm very unhappy, because the Internet connection isn't working, and instead of taking reasonable steps to get it back up, the management is giving me the run-around by claiming that a repair person is on their way, when I found out from the motel's service provider that a service call hasn't even been called in. This has now been going on for the past 20 hours. It doesn't help that the person in the office (the owner's father?) doesn't speak more than a few words of English. I don't know if the management is dishonest or just incompetent, but either way it's a major problem for me because I'm here for a week to work, which can't be done without the Internet. Unfortunately, we paid in advance in cash, so little hope of getting our money back if we leave and go elsewhere. If you stay here, check out the Internet access from the room before you pay!
