Okeechobee Inn Motel, Hialeah

When I placed a call to inquire about rooms, The lady that answered the phinw was very hateful and rude. She did not state her name or the name of the motel at all. When I asked if this was the Okeechobee Inn She answered angrily that there were many motels on Okeechobee. The woman was spainish and I speak fluent spanish.I asked if a room was available and her answer was there are very few rooms here and we do not rent over the phone. You have to be present to rent it. This is not very professional. As I was trying to ask another question, She slammed the phone down.Her attitude toward a potential customer from out of town was rude and unacceptable. I will never again call or visit this motel.
