Wonderful
By Veryangry, 2/14/08
Everything in this place was wonderful: the location, the accommodation, the cleanliness, the value. Rooms were nicely furnished, renovated, with TV, very clean, sheets and towel are changed every day (rare in Hawaii budget accommodations!). The host was absolutely kind and I can only recommend it to anybody! We were happy clients there and have already come back there again.

Nice port in a storm
By Joan, 8/14/07
We needed a place to stay in a storm and found this place. It is not fancy four star hotel. It reasonable, I think we paid around 50 dollars. It's in a beautiful area with the North Kohala coast nearby. The owners are in the process of renovating. It like a little old plantation house with rooms for rent. The room had they own entrance, and there was a bathroom in our room. We found the place clean and quiet. Small, but very pleasant.

Great get away!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/27/05
I liked this place because it was between two very small towns in North Hawaii. They were renovating the place, but it was so quiet with 50 plus macadamia nut trees on the property. It was quiet and very safe. The rooms were new with new shower / bathroom facilities. I had a room with two twin beds for just $50 a night. Owner was friendly and informative about local happenings. There is no continental breakfast (though I was given coffee or tea) or other amenities, but it was a really great place to relax away from city life!
