Executive Royal Inn Airport, Leduc

When I arrived, the desk person was too busy in a personal conversation to check me in, having me wait 5 minutes until someone else was able to assist me. Once checked into my room, I discovered the cold water was not working, I called the desk and got a very annoyed person that didn't initially understand why it was a problem that i had no cold water, until i explained the toilet will not flush. I left the hotel for supper at that point, came back and was pleased to see the water was fixed. The room itself was fine, nothing spectacular. Check out in the morning was very efficient, even if we were herded like cattle. I might stay here again, but with so many options in Leduc, it wouldn't be my first choice.
