The Palazzo hotel is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in ages, great service, central to fantastic entertainment and awesome food. Situated right next to the best casino and entertainment venue in SA, Montecasino, it makes for a visit worthwhile with the variety of restaurants and entertainment available.

The hotel offers you a rare serenity, service is well done and i must say the hotel attendants are very warm.The casino makes it a perfect place to shop eat and go retire in the hotel.I would recomend you to try the great experience.

Liked it a lot, nice decorated rooms and breakfast was perfect.Pricing a little too high but acceptable.Short walking distance to the casino and good restaurants over there.When I return to JHB for sure this hotel again

Spent a week there and the only bad thing is that they have a dress code.. the weather wants to make you walk about with less clothing on that required :P Really enjoyed staying there.. the Staff are really friendly and always up for a laugh .. deffonately wouldn't mind staying there again .. 9/10

Never seen something kitch like this in south africa. Rooms very clean. good service..but it is not Africa..as we know. The best thing is the safety place...
