Riviera Hotel, Vancouver

I rented with my family 2 differents rooms and we found bedbugs in both rooms, dont go there if you dont want bedbugs

Disliked very much the Spanish front desk guy. Not courteous, not helpful, ill-tempered who get angry at geusts and slams a pen on the counter, room not made at check-in, 'clean' towels were dirty, cleaning not adequate. I loved the location of the hotel- closest? hotel to Capers/Wholefoods, right on Robson, cafes and restaurants in vicinity. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave was very helpful, iron and ironning board in room was great. Other hotel staff were all friendly and helpful- just that Spanish guy with an attitude problem. Room was spacious with many different places to sit- couch, sofa, chairs.
