I stayed in 4 cities of Pakistan this hotel is the best. The staff are polite and very efficient. I would say that the style and atmosphere is comaparable to Dubai's hotels. Security is superb as well. I would recommend a stay to anyone

with the name comes an expectation, you would like to be treated in a cetain manner, coffee to be served in clean cups and when you get a coffee in a dirty cup, you know what to expect next. Those claiming such levels of professionalism disappear after meetings, it leaves a speechless impression as to how this company is still running its operations and why is the senior management not aware of how the middle management is running their organization. the interior of the islamabad hotel needs major overhaul although the quetta hotel is a great benchmark.

VERY RELAXING , ATTACTIVE , CLEAN AND GOOD PLACE TO BE . WELL IT IS AT WALKING DISTANCE FROM SOME MAIN DEPARTMENTAL STORES , REALLY GOOD , I LIKE IT.

Although considered the top hotel in the capital, the facade is better than the actuality. Perhaps too many VIPs atay here and perhaps the security paranoia detracts from the convenience for average guests but facilities are only average although it is clean and quite attractive. I was particularly disappointed with the restaurants which lack variety and, on occasion, quality.

The (overwhelmingly male) staff do their best, and from the outside this looks like any other Holiday Inn around the world. But step inside, and one is transported back to the 1970's, in a depressing sort of way. Rooms and public areas are shabby and tastelessly decorated. Furntiure and fixtures are flimsy

no doubt that serena is one of the best hotel in pakistan and also it is one of the leading hotel of the world. the intresting thing about serena is its architecture.it is built so beautifully that it depicts the architecture n culture of different regions of pakistan particularly and the islamic architecture n cultures in general. so i would reccomend u guys to come to this beautiful hotel once in ur life.

What an amazing hotel...What an amazing city!!!wow didnt feel out of home even though it was my first trip there, location was excellent, srevice was out of this world, right up there with burj al arab and dorchester in london!!!food was of the best quality, desert menu has still my mouth watering. So relaxing after a week of just meetings and clients and contracts, needed that break and what a place did that break come in at...totally recomanded as one of the finest hotels in the region

I have liked everything they have and they offered, accommodation, food, facilities, services, activities, environment, attitude towards customers etc. There has been wonderful food varieties with great taste, there customers hospitality has been remarkable.
