Commodore Inn the Grove, Coral Way

Commodore Inn The Grove is the place you should stay if you are going to Miami. I’m very happy to have stayed there, and I’ll be coming back next year. I e-mailed them to get info about availability, and got a very quick response. After a few e-mails and phone calls, the staff already knew me; they made me feel like a frequent costumer, I felt at home.

I lived at the Commodore for weeks at a time when arrived and departed Miami. I can't say enough about Maggie, the manager, and her assistant Alda. They took care of anything I needed and never blinked. During the hurricane season of 2005, Maggie offered to put me and my family up when we lost power and her building did not (I rode out four hurricanes there and never lost power). The prices are very reasonable, the location couldn't be better in the Grove -- CVS, post office, shops,restaurants all within a block. You cannot go wrong landing here for an extended stay.

The Commodore Inn is not only a fantastic hotel full of everything you would like and more but the hotel's staff is caring. My husband and I went to Miami for our honeymoon and I became very ill and had to go to Mercy Hospital. The staff checked up on us and told us to call if there was anything they could do for us. Very good home away from home, with all the ammenities necessary to make you feel comfortable when you need an extended stay hotel. Excellent service and location too.
