Jameson Inn West Monroe, West Monroe

WE WERE A GROUP OF 16 SOCCER KIDS TRAVELING TO MONROE THIS PAST WEEKEND FOR A TOURNAMENT. WE WERE ORGINALLY SCHEDULED TO STAY AT THE FAIRFIELD INN BY MARIOTT. HOWEVER WHAT A NIGHTMARE THAT WAS... WHEN WE GOT TO THE FAIRFIELD INN IT WAS HORRIBLE. WE DECIDED TO GO AND CHECK OUT THE JAMERSON INN. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WE WERE GREETED BY A FRIENDLY SMILE AND GREAT ATTITUDE FROM AN EMPLOYEE NAMED TYISHA.... SHE WAS AWESOME. WE EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TAKING THE TIME TO WALK US THOUGH THE PROPERTY AND SHOWED US MANY OF ROOMS... SHE WAS ABLE TO ACCOMADATE OF OUR NEEDS FOR THE WHOLE TEAM. IT IS NOT OFTEN YOU STAY AT A HOTEL THAT YOU FEEL SO AT HOME. WE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER. THE ENTIRE STAFF THERE WAS HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY AND THEY ALL HAD GREAT ATTITUDES. I JUST WANT TO TELL TYISHA AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THE JAMERSON INN THANKS FOR ALL OF THERE HELP. WE WILL BE BACK IN MONROE FOR FUTURE TOURNAMENTS AND WE PLAN TO STAY WITH THEM AGAIN.. (THE BEST PART IS WE FOUND OUT TYISHA JUST STARTED THERE 3 WEEKS AGO, WHAT A GREAT EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE.) GREAT JOB TYISHA, AND FROM THE CECILIA HEAT SOCCER TEAM THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP..... Rates are reasonable, and rooms are spacious and clean. Has wireless internet access in every room at no extra cost. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants!!

Great rooms and location , good choice of restuarts in walking distant. Walmart just over the bridge always good for those forgootten items. Or just for fun.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. would stay here again and love all the food chains in front so we could walk to eat. we sure give it 5 stars

It was a nice room and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was that the handicapped space in the parking lot flooded from the sprinkler system. I did point it out to the manager and he is supposed to be fixing it. I am going there again.
