Holiday Inn Express Billings, Billings

My wife and family where very pleased with our 3 night stay while visiting our kids and grandkids. The only complaint I would have, if any, was that it seemed as if the pool was over medicated with chlorine, just the vapors in the air extremely irrratated my eyes, swimming in the pool with the kids and opened my eyes under water didn't help,,,but my eyes where burning until I went to sleep. The breakfast was wonderful, we enjoyed that every morning. We will be heading back to Billings this summer and many more times to come and plan to stay here. Would reccommend to everyone.

I am a constant traveler and fan of the Holiday Inn Express chain, however this hotel is very overpriced and has the worst staff that I have ever encountered. The hotel was relatively clean with the exception of the elevator which had a very strong/bad oder. The location of the Hotel was good for travelers just passing through. The hotel staff were very rude and unprofessional and quite possibly the wost I have experienced in all of my travels. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Our air conditioner did not work. When we asked the front desk for a portable fan, they acted as if that was an extremely inappropriate request. Then, they rudely stated that none were available and that we would just have to live with the a/c being broken, and maybe we should try cracking the window. (Which I did try and then discovered that the window didn't even lock, at which point I felt extremely unsafe.) The following morning I spoke to a different employee who apparently had talked to her coworker and had heard what irrational guests we were. The moment I politely stated that we had had a problem with the a/c last night, she started literally yelling at me to leave. Oh and somewhere in this conversation, I told her that she was being rude and I'd like to speak to her manager. She stated that she was the best employee. She was dressed very sloppily, obese and had three piercings in her face. The manager was not as rude, but equally unsympathetic to our problem and did not apologize for her staff.

We stay at this Holiday Inn everytime we pass through Billings on the way to North Dakota. This is probably our 6th stay now. The rooms are clean, the pool is warm and it's very quiet. Plenty of parking and Cracker Barrel just across the street.

I stayed on the first floor in room 101 on saturday april 8, 2006 and i absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room. i think that the housekeeper that cleaned that room deserves a raise because that is the best room i have stayed in in a long time thank you!!!

I AM NOT SURE THIS HOTEL WAS WORTH THE MONEY. I INSTRUCTED THE MAID SERVICE TO EMPTY OUR TRASH, AND LEAVE US CLEAN TOWELS, AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT OUR BEDS. THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE DIRTY TOWELS, AND THEY DIDN'T EMPTY THE TRASH. NEEDLESS TO SAY, AFTER TWO DAYS OF STAYING THERE, THE GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWING EVERYWHERE. THE SINK WAS CLOGGED ALL THE TIME. THEY CHARGED ME $50 TO LET MY DOG STAY THERE, WHEN ANOTHER WOMAN WHO STAYED THERE DIDN'T GET CHARGED.I DON'T THINK IT WAS ANY FANCIER THAN OTHER HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED IN, AND DIDN'T GET CHARGED FOR OUR DOG, AND THEY EMPTIED OUR GARBAGE. I AM NOT SURE WE WILL EVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. WE DROVE 1000 MILES TO GET TO BILLINGS FOR A WEDDING THAT WEEKEND. IT WAS QUITE A DISAPPOINTMENT.

this hotel was very clean and nice. its easy off, easy on location was the reason i choose to stay. if im in billings again i will always stay there.
