OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/11/09
On business in Augusta. Upon arrival, only a studio was available. This studio was a joke. The room had old splintered cheap furniture in it with an old model television. Vanity space extemely small and had space only for one person at a time. The bathroom was old and small. Carpet in the room was dirty and the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the room was suppose to be a non-smoking room. HERE'S THE KICKER, THE ROOM WAS $138.00/NIGHT AT AARP RATE. I will not stay at this location again. I was very disappointed and checked out of the hotel the next day to go to another location which was not Hilton.

Random choice was a good one.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/16/09
We needed a room for one night while visiting our son at Fort Gordon. The room was roomy and clean, with the beds more comfortable than most hotels. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast - the eggs were not at all appealing - looked like yellow and white hockey pucks and obviously just reheats from a bulk shipment. No waffles. Tired looking fruit salad. This could easily be remedied to come up to the other standards displayed here.

I would stay here again. Nice place.
By Mark525, 08/03/08
I found this to be a pretty nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had -- a studio suite-- was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I had no problem with the speed of the internet connection and I used the wired connection instead of the wireless. The only problem I had was the limited parking close to the hotel. The hotel is very close to I-20 so it's easy to get there from here. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the area.

Slow Internet
By BryonU, 06/09/07
Outside of Augusta. A decent Hampton Inn for an overnight stay, if you don't need a good internet connection. Slow connection, even with the direct CAT 5 connection to the wall. Fast food joints nearby. It is not a pedestrian area. Small indoor pool.

Very nice hotel!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/04
The hotel is extremely nice, VERY clean, and safe. We were surprised since most of the hotels here in Augusta are dirty and not safe. The rooms and bathroom was clean and nice and neat. Beds were very soft and comfy. The only negative think I would say about the hotel is that the desk clerk kind of sounded like a robot talking to us when she was giving us information when we checked in. She could loosen up a bit and try to smile...it always helps!! We would stay here again!!
