called Greg the manager after I got lost near the hotel- he put me on hold for ten minutes. I confronted him about his behavior and he stated that he was done talking to me. Greg was rude and unprofessional. Next i had prepaid reservations once i arrived at the hotel greg told me my reservations were not prepaid eventhough i gave a credit card to holiday inn reservation. He told me i must give him a credit card otherwise he will give the hotel room to someone else. I called guest services to complain when greg the manager told me to leave the hotel. i filed two complaints with guest services about his unprofessional behavior. as a prioroty club member i will never use this hotel again.
