SpringHill Suites by Marriott Miami Airport South, Miami

With so many hotel options in Miami, I am terribly disappointed that we spent four nights at this hotel. While the appearance of the lobby and the rooms is nice, the service is incredibly terrible. From rooms not being cleaned (two rooms on two separate days) to shopping bags of new clothes tossed in the trash by the cleaning staff, my stay at Spring Hill Suites was one of the worst that I've spent in my travels.....and I've traveled on four continents. The rooms, though newly remodeled and nicely appointed, have terrible ventilation. My party booked three rooms, and all complained of "stuffy" rooms and HVAC systems that simply did not work properly. But perhaps the worst part of my stay was the response of the staff when approached about missing items or unclean rooms. They showed not interest in resolving issues. Very disappointing! And while the free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice perk, the lackluster breakfast was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend finding another hotel when visiting Miami. Spring Hill Suites was a terrible disappointment.

Central location to everything in Miami. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is included with the room and it has a little of everything.

The rooms were not clean and the pool was dirty. It looked like the staff really did not care about quality. The breakfast area had food all over the floors.

I recently stayed here and found the staff slow to respond and inattentive. There was debris in the lobby and elevator. The view in back was horrible-a lake full of garbage. Also, someone needs to learn how to clean their pool-filthy!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definately go back to this hotel as well as recommend it because my experience was way better than that of others that rated it on the reviews. You get your monies worth and perhaps a little more. The only thing that it didnt have was FREE HBO. LOL!
