This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The pictures online are lies... It is a dump.. Mold on the shower curtain. Ice machines smells like the sewer. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low.. The carpet is nasty.. Homeless People living in their cars in the parking lot and they said the manager let them live there. Coffee was disgusting.. The motel advertising wi-fi.. There is no Wi-FI. Made reservations for 3 nights, after paying and seeing our room, we tried to cancel and they said we would be charged anyway because you have to give 24hrs notice. We let them know Friday that Saturday night would be our last night. I was still charged for 3 nights.. Don't stay here.. You will be disappointed!!!!!!!

This was the worst hotel experience I can ever recall. Despite having a confirmed price & online reservation, the hotel did not honor the agreement & overcharged us by a couple hundred dollars when we checked out. This was not due to damage but a price increase that they justified by claiming a bike week rate. This should be illegal, The room was small & plumbing in poor condition, Staff was beligerent & even accused us of having extra people in the room. Our reservation was for 3 & that just barely fit in the closet sized room. The location is far from beach or town & no special features. What a rip - off. This place is a poor reflection on the state of Florida & this hotel chain in general. I would rather camp out than ever return.

Having made an online confirmed reservation for $109.99 & $119.99 (which included taxes & fees for 3 people) We were charged at higher rates for both of those nights & despite being told by the front desk that our 3rd night would also be $119.99 we were charge $209.00 plus taxes. Our total bill for staying in this dump was $512.93 for 3 days. What an outrage!!! To say the room was small is an understatement. The toilet leaked & the staff was rude & discourteous. We were among many who were shocked at the charges while checking out. Staff & management are liars & incompetent. 3 brothers shared the room as reserved & were accused of having extra person in room. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Do yourself a favor & stay somewhere, anywhere else. None of us will ever return to any Qualiy Inn or affiliated chain ever again. Can I give negative stars? Terrible !!!

We made our reservations online & had a problem with the 3rd night free feature. When we phoned the hotel directly we were told that that problems would be handled at the front desk while we were there. The Online rate was $109.00 1st night & $119.00 the 2nd,. When we asked about our 3rd "free" night we were told by desk that that offer did noit apply during bike week. We decided to stay for the 3rd night anyway & were told it would be the same rate as what we had been paying. Upon check out we were shocked that we were charged over $200.00 for the 3rd night. Mind you this is a tiny room, 6 miles from beach with no special features. Definately substandard accomodations. When we questioned the billing we were told to contact corporate offices & corporate offices then referred us back to the hotel itself. This was after 5 calls to corp. office due to failure of their phone systems. No one wants to take reponsibility. We will NEVER go back to this hotel & if fact will avoid all Quality Inns like the plague. i would give 0 stars but not possible wih thiss program.

Great place to stay, rooms were very nice. Everyone was friendly. No complaints.

I love this place! Great location for 40.00 a night during the daytona 500! Great restaurants and across the street is Destination Daytona. A stage that holds concerts, shows, and more in Sunny Daytona Beach, FLA. No complaints at all. Great breakfast in the hotel also with La Salsa a posh mexican restaurant. Bon Apetit!
