Hampton Inn Hallandale Beach Aventura, Hallandale Beach

I picked this Hampton Inn for it's location as it was a quick shot into North Miami for business. Decent hotel. Very clean. Furnishings and bedding were at the usual Hampton Inn standards which are decent. Check in staff was great. I liked the Steak and Shake out front! Two glitches . . . the remote wouldn't turn on the TV and I even switched the batteries out of my little flashlight to see if the batteries were dead. There are no controls on the TV either. It was already late and I'd gotten in bed so didn't call the front desk. There was also a fan in the hallway that ran all night. Kinda weird. Both minor and probably the exception. Decent place but not exceptional for the $160/night I paid.

Great stay. This hotel is very clean and neat. The staff provided excellent service. Plus the hotel is only 2 minutes away from whole foods Market.
