i love everything about Borgata .Excelent rooms very clean,they comp a lot ,the restaurants ,special the old home stead the best. Cant wait to go back.

Used to be the best in AC. Now its just another worn out has been. My wife and I have been going to AC for years. We started going to Borgata just after it opened. Up until our last stay things were good. When we went on the casino floor, I noticed all of the felt on the tables was worn out and the chips at roulette were dirty. It was like going to the Taj. It was impossible to get a drink at the tables. The waitress would only come around at most 2 times per hour. The room it self was ok, but it was like the pillows were flat and we could not get another. There was a funny smell as well. Like institutional disifectant. The final straw came this week when I tried to confirm out reservation for the weekend. I was told we only had a room for Friday, but not Saturday. When the reservation was made we also booked spa and comedy club for Saturday. The room was supposed to be comped for the weekend. But I was told now we would be charged full price. The whole thing sounded like a bait and switch. There are too many options to put up with this B/S. Never again.

dont bother gambling at the borgata they never comp anything. ive been going to the borgata 4 times a year since they opened and i gamble alot but every time i call for my comped room t its never available. so basically go to ceasars they always honor thier room vouchers unlike the borgata, and i was on hold for 20 minutes before i was denied and this was a tuesday

Had a really bad experience with the service. Extremely rid sand stuck up and unhelpful.

Made reservations for the water club. Never got to stay their was a mix up , on their part that was never corected. .Stayed in suite very disatisfied with room.For the am't of money paid per night u expected alot more. . Breakfast served cold. The Spa clientele was very unhelpful and a couple of them down right arrigant. Nothing was shown to you (the facility)just gave you alocker and u were on your own till u were called. Being in charge of customer service for a large company for some years. I can tell you that borgata customer service is non existing.So dont waste your time.

The salon for women at Borgata completely lacks in customer service and are lazy. They need to hire another receptionist; she screwed up our appt. time and then they wouldn't take me and tried to charge the full price for service they didn't even do. Don't go there, they are very rude and have no class. They treat people like second class citizens. Shame on you salon at Borgata. Go back to school and learn how to run a salon in a professional manner; furthermore, learn some salon etiquette and practice what you preach. I had a terrible experience. :(

I stayed at the Borgata on Thursday, July 21st. The following day the power went out. Once the power came back on I went to brush my teeth and brown sewage water came out. I turned on the shower and the same thing occurred. Flushed the toilet and again to my disgust brown water. Here is where my real problem with the Borgata occurred. When I went to check out I informed the gentleman at the desk what just happened. With no compassion or sincerity he said "I will speak to my manager." He came back and said, "we are not offering any monetary compensation at this time." I was not looking for a free ride, I was looking for a "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, sir." I can afford to pay for my room, but there is an expectation that you will have clean water. Needless to say, I told the gentleman at the front desk that I was displeased by his coldness and lack of remorse. Here is the worst part of the story......I was told that the Borgata would reach out to me in a "few days." I never heard from them. I understand that the sewage water issue may have been out of their control, however their response to the situation lacked class and integrity.

We stayed at the Borgata and ate at your restaurant Friday night (6.11.2010) and have a few comments for you to consider if your open to feedback. A little background concerning us may help. We compare restaurants to our places that we frequent and charge about the same price, mostly Manhattan and Belagio restaurants in LV. Your restaurant was more like exposure to a cafeteria atmosphere with no room to move (I’m sure you have no control for the seating area?) Your waiter and bus staff committed a number of mistakes…. removed my drink and never returned with another, removed the bread basket when we received our meal, never checked the entrée (steak) for satisfactory doneness. I ordered medium and received rare; after nearly 15 minutes waiter took the plate to the kitchen and returned with the previously sliced potion well done and the uncut piece still rare. The final touch was a new plate with all the $9 mushrooms GONE. For all this the bill was $160+ and I ended up with a sandwich at another location. I would entertain the availability of the e-mail address of Bobby Flay. I do not know if you just use his name or he is invested in some way but I’m sure he would find this situation nearly unforgivable. I’ll follow up with the Borgata at a later date.

Service is non-existent. Bobby Flay's in overrated. When I made dinner reservations there, stated we are going to a 11 pm show. Booked us for dinner at 9:30 and when I questioned about having enough time, she told me we would. Waited 10 minutes after our reservations only after I complained about seeing another couple come in after 9:30 and be seated right away. Didn't have time for appitizers, so ordered main dishes right away. At 10:30, asked if dishes were almost done. Waiter comes back five minutes later to say they are starting now. Got food at 10:45, steak was raw after I asked it to be cooked Medium. Took two bites and had to leave to make the show. Just an awful expierence. Hotel itself is nice, but the service does match the class of this hotel.
