It was ok except for the house keeping
By Sijal P, 4/29/08
What I liked about the place was that price is not too high .It has kitchen whiich was suitable for me coz I was travelling with kid .what hotel I did not like was that the house keeping was never done on time .i used to let them know in the morning that I am leaving and plz get it cleaned by the time I get back but even if I came in afternoon ,it was still not clean .Then the hotel policy was that they would make me stand out of the room when they are cleaning .I wonder from where they get this rude policy .I would not stay here for house keeping reasons ...

Not so good stay
By Chandrasekhar, 4/28/07
First of all, the hotel did not have our booking sent over from Yahoo, travel. They only had one room available of a different kind than booked, all this led to discomfort, the stay was not very enjoyable.

Location, location ...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/3/07
Superbly situated close to the Galleria (if that's where you want to be -- it's not close to Museum Mile, for instance), this place makes up in convenience what it lacks in pizazz. The corridors are airless and frankly smelly, the 'complimentary' breakfast is not much of a compliment, self-served on plastic crockery and cutlery, the optimistically titled "Bradford Market" under-stocked and over-priced; the front desk is meagre and only civil. But the rooms are clean and well equipped (a great plus is the kitchenette), and, at the price, a bargain. The internet connection works well, and there's a good desk and chair for working at.

Overbooked!
By Peter Roth, 12/18/06
I had made credit card-guaranteed reservations for 2 nights at this hotel, several weeks in advance. Upon arrival at 7 pm, we were told our room had been sold. We were handed a letter, address and driving directions to a less-than-par hotel 5 miles away (Windsor Suites), right next to Southwest Freeway, but we decided not to stay there due to road noise and construction inside the hotel. Thus, this was a poor first (and last) experience with Bradford Home Suites at the Galleria.

Location and Value
By Bonnie, 10/1/05
This hotel is simply unbeatable for the Galleria area. In an area of 'hotels a plenty', this should be your number one choice. The staff takes great care in making sure your stay is everything you would want it to be and the things you don't think about as well. As a long time patron of the galleria area, this is the hotel I recommend to colleagues I want to impress.

great home away from home
By KAREN, 9/15/05
The location is great. The price is right for getting away for the weekend. The suites are perfect for families. The rooms offer all the imenities you need. The area for your clothes is great. I loved the different areas of the room. You have a sitting area and a sleeping area. Thats nice for families who want to rest while others are watching tv. The eating area is perfect. Plenty of space for food you may want to bring in for later.

Home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/17/05
My husband and I move into the Bradford Homesuites for three to seven months at a time. We've stayed here three times during the past five years and will be here this time for approximately one year. We are retired, sold our home in Houston, travel the world and come back to The Bradford to regroup, visit family and old friends and then off again. If there were a better place for the price we'd have found it. The staff is customer friendly and always, always, always willing to do what it takes to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Business travelers are their basic business making it a quite, friendly and clean place during the week. Cheaper week-end rates sometimes bring their standards down unfortunately. Smoking is limited to fourth floor (thank goodness) and they do enforce that rule - thus - no stale cigarette smell in the hallways and lobby. It has a business office with free computers and high speed internet, a courtyard swimming pool and indoor gym plus too many amenites to list. We've had very few complaints and when we have there's someone at the front desk 24 hours a day who has always taken action immediately. Covered and gated four story garage parking is a plus and the maid service is excellent and dependable. We trust our belongings without hesitation, have never had a problem and don't expect one with the current management in place. I have nothing but praise for this place and I like to say so whenever I have an opportunity - such as this one. Z & L
