African Pride Irene Country Lodge, Pretoria

I was looking for a place to stay on Saturday night and although Irene Contry Lodge was 1 of the more expensive places on offer it looked nice but, if they can not even answer the 1 telephone number available for me to ask whatever it is I feel like asking then I have no choise but to make alternative arrangements and no, I don't want to email, skype or communicate in any other way, just phone and ask a question or 2!!! It is a real shame that we can not offer a level of service that stands out for the world to take notice of. We have to just live with the sad african standard where... Who cares, I don't need your patronage anyway, I have enough bookings so I wont miss yours. Shame shame shame! Now I try send you my views and guess what... I have not stayed so how on earth do I put a date in. Shame shame shame! Honestly a sad shame! Now I am forced to enter a rating but with no explanation of how to do so... What a shame people! Are you not embarresed? Now I have entered a rating of 1 in each section and guess what? Nothing happening! Sorry... I must be a total idiot for not realising that I have to click on a star as well.... So sorry for waisting your time. Exelent serviceminded staff who were highly bevare of the custemers needs. Wery cleen rooms and a nice comfortable bed. The dinning were very fine, so was the vines and you can get it all for very fare prices. The "morning staff" in the breakfast area was very rappid and with a smile.

The service was very good!!! Im from Australia and not even here you get such good service!!!I was really impressed with you guys!!I had my thoughts about South Africa but you changed it al for me!! Good on all of you,and i will surly go there again!!!Thats all i have to say,sorry!!! You are the best!!!
